Sade Discusses Soldier of Love World Tour

Sade will be embarking on their first world tour in 10 years, starting April 29th in Nice, France. They will then tour throughout Europe until the end of May, moving along to Canada and the United States in June, July, and August.

In a recent interview, Sade revealed how lucky she feels that they were able to just come out after 10 years and have the same platform they used to have. She also discusses how "Soldier of Love" is different from the previous albums. The band and her are very excited to go back on tour, and there will definitely be some surprises! She also revealed that her favorite songs to perform live are "Cherish" and "Pear".

John Legend Joins Sade' Soldier of Love Tour

The group Sade have invited John Legend to accompany them during their entire tour. The tour which supports their last album "Soldier of Love", will launch in Baltimore, June 16th. The tour will take the band to the United States, Canada, and Europe.

"I'm very excited to join Sade on her summer tour. She is an incomparable artist and I'm honored to share the stage with her," Legend said in a statement Tuesday. "I know we'll provide our fans with an experience to remember. I can't wait to start the tour."

Sade Premieres New Video for “Babyfather”

Sade have just released their new video titled “Babyfather”. The track is included in the band's new album “Soldier of Love”. Their new album was on the top of the Billboard Hot 200 for three consecutive weeks.

In the video, frontwoman Sade Adu features as a homemaker who is doing daily chores such as cooking, washing dishes, and doing the laundry. “Babyfather” was directed by Sophie Muller, who also took care of the single’s cover art.

"I've had my ups and downs in the years between these albums. That's partly why I'm able to write songs that people in some way can hear. I express feelings, real feelings," Sade Adu commented on her song writing.

With her highly anticipated album, Soldier of Love, recently topping the charts, Nigerian-born singer Sade, has definitely made the 10-year wait worthwhile. Soldier Of Love Captures #1 Album Worldwide

Sade Releases Video for Soldier of Love

Sade's leading single "Soldier of Love" for their upcoming album of the same title has been exclusively released on Amazon.com today! Sophie Muller directed the video and really managed to portray what the song is about. All Sade songs and videos are always unique, beautiful, and so is "Soldier of Love".

Here's what lead singer Helen Folasade Adu has to say about the new album: "I never want to repeat myself," she says. "And that becomes a more interesting challenge for us the longer we carry on together."

Making good quality music, real music is a challenge, but Sade is one of the only group which always manages to please its audiance.

New Sade Single and Album - 'Soldier Of Love'

'Soldier Of Love' is the highly anticipated first single off Sade's forthcoming new body of work by the same name.

Sade co-produced the single 'Soldier Of Love' with Mike Pela and it was written by Sade along with longtime collaborators Andrew Hale, Stuart Matthewman and Paul Spencer Denman.

The track, featuring a pulsating and anthemic drum beat along with the haunting vocals that Sade is known for, is set to hit airwaves on 8th December.

It will kick off the countdown for the album, which was recorded in England and is set for release worldwide on 8th February. (MySpace)

I personally am very excited about this new album and the first single 'Soldier Of Love' is simply amazing. It's unique, there's no other sound like this out there. Sade's music has been missed for some time now, and many people can't wait for the album to come out.
