Cindy Taylor was born on 18 April, 1977 in Asunción, Paraguay. Cindy is a fashion model,television host and actress. Her father is of American nationality and her mother of Paraguayan. She spent her childhood in Paraguay and when she was 19 years old she moved to the United States. In 2007, She has most recently appeared in the USA Network television series Burn Notice.
