Ciara Releases New Video - Ride
"Ride
" is the first single from Ciara's soon-to-be-released fourth studio album “Basic Instinct” which will be released later this year. The song comes from the production hands of duo top-notch music makers Christopher "Tricky" Stewart and The-Dream.
Prior to the "Ride" video which is directed by Diane Martel, Ciara has debuted a viral clip for a buzz song called “Basic Instinct (U Got Me)” and shared screen with The-Dream. Other than the two videos, she reportedly has also filmed visuals for another track called "You Got Me" in Atlanta.

The track features Ludacris and serves as the lead single from her fourth studio album, which will hit stores this summer. The Dream has been working on Ciara’s new album and is very excited about it, and also says that Ciara is very sweet. The Dream will release a new album titled “Love King
”, which he says will be his last album. He will concentrate more on writing songs.

is offered a hefty sum to perform in Abu Dhabi, now it’s Ciara’s turn to cash in on the New Year’s. She’s allegedly going to perform in Kazakhstan at the same venue Whitney Houston performed in July 2008. Ciara has been performing in Africa and will head over to Moscow after her Kazakhstan gig.

Jay-Z and Ciara are planning a summer tour, Ciara announced the news herself this Monday on Twitter.
“I will say it because the information has been leaked. Me and Jay-Z will be doing a 10-city tour run together! More details coming soon!”
So far, stops are scheduled for July 3 and 4 at The Pearl at The Palms in Las Vegas, July 10 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut, and July 12 in Atlanta.

"Fantasy Ride" features production by Ciara Harris, Christopher “Tricky” Stewart, The-Dream, Danja, Jasper Cameron, Polow da Don, Ne-Yo, Justin Timberlake, The Y’s. It also features Ludacris, Chris Brown, Young Jeezy, The-Dream, Missy Elliot and Justin Timberlake.
The deluxe edition will include a DVD. Music videos for "Go Girl," "Never Ever," & "Love Sex Magic" will be added, as well as making-of footage for the "Go Girl" & "Love Sex Magic" videos. Also, behind-the-scenes from photoshoots to rehearsals to studio footage will be included.

New Ciara Video - "Never Ever"
"Never Ever", is directed by Chris Robinson and features Young Jeezy. Monica, actor Kevin Phillips (Notorious), the Atlanta Hawks’ Al Horford, and CiCi’s dog Tyson make appearances. It is Ciara's second single from "Fantasy Ride". The video is hot, and definitely shows off Ciara's best dance moves, check it out!

The video for Ciara’s new single "Never Ever" will premiere online on January 31st on Yahoo! Music. The clip, directed by Chris Robinson, was shot in Atlanta and features Young Jeezy. The song will appear on Super C’s third album Fantasy Ride, due this April.
Ciara Covers Beyonce's "Diva"
Ciara made her own version of Beyonce's "Diva", and will include it in the mixtape of her "Fantasy Ride" album.
She sings on the hook, "I know you know about that diva diva named B. While I'm at it, I'mma tell ya 'bout this diva named C."
It has been said that this cover brought Ciara in trouble, because it was never approved to be used by Beyonce's label.
Ciara's "Diva" is set to be included in a mixtape that serves as the prequel to her third studio album "Fantasy Ride". The mixtape will also include a collaboration with 50 Cent and is due to hit the stores in January. The new album is scheduled to be dropped on January 27th, while its single "Never Ever" will be released on January 5.

A brand new song, said to be from Ciara's "Fantasy Ride" album (due early 2009), surfaced today - a collaboration with singer/song-writer The Dream titled "Keep Dancing".

Ciara (Super C), shows the making of her album artwork for Fantasy Ride with DC Comics artist Bernard Chang. The comic book-inspired packaging has been in the making for 9-12 months and is one of the reasons Fantasy Ride was delayed to 2009, according to Ciara.

Ciara's Alter Ego - Super C
After watching her first single, "Go Girl", from her upcoming CD, "Fantasy Ride", crash and burn, Ciara is taking a minute to regroup and hopefully come back stronger. The singer’s album has been pushed back to January of 2009 but promotion apparently goes on and a second video is already in the works.
Ciara is also moving ahead with her modeling career. Ciara signed with the Wilhelmina modeling Agency early this year and now one of her first “professional” shots has been released. There is nothing interesting about the photo and I’m not sure it’s even from Wilhelmina. It just doesn’t look like the type of photo you would see in a model’s portfolio.
Ciara recently spoke about her alter-ego, Super C, who she says we can expect to learn more about on her upcoming CD.
“When I’m performing, I’m just having fun, letting go and not even trying to think too much about what’s going on. I know that I am here to perform and it’s time to rock it.
“You become another person. Another person inside of me totally surfaces when it comes to performing - Ciara, buh-bye, all right Super C. Super C is a character that people will learn more about on this record.
“That is my alter ego. Super C doesn’t hold back. She is definitely aggressive. She goes hard. Super C can do some magical and funky things. She works hard. She dances to the 10th power. She does everything to the 10th power.”

Ciara is promoting her new album "Fantasy Ride" and she recently made a photo shoot and interview with the magazine. Ciara talked about the hard time she had trying to date while working on her new album.
“I like for a guy to have his own thing going on, to have strong drive and focus—because that motivates me. “You can tell it’s there when you talk to him, but it also shows in the way he carries himself—how he moves around a room. That confidence shows through, that swagger. It’s really intriguing to me, and I need to see this sort of great potential before I even talk to him.”
