New Daughtry Video - 'Life After You'

Daughtry show fans how their life on the road is in a music video for their single "Life After You". Commenting on the video, frontman Chris Daughtry told PopEater, "It was different than what we're use to because we usually just get in there and perform."

"But I have a role in this particular video. I had to shoot some hopefully convincing scenes. It is capturing our life on the road," Chris added. "We deal with having to connect at home and manage that while we're doing our job on the road - at the same time. The video shows what we do on any given day - moving from place to place and having to get in touch with my wife."



New Daughtry Single - "No Surprise"


Daughtry's new single titled "No Surprise" will be performed for the first time on American Idol next week (May 6th). The single was co-written by Chris and Chad Kroeger from Nickelback. Daughtry's sophmore album will be released on Tuesday, July 14th!

Daughtry, David Cook, and more - Perform on Fox's "New Year's Eve Live"


Fox is offering an amazing line-up of musical guests to welcome the New Year on their "New Year's Eve Live" show. Daughtry will be performing at the show on Wednesday, December 31 at 11:00 P.M. - 12:30 A.M. ET live; CT/MT/PT tape-delayed.

Other performances include this year's American Idol winner, David Cook, former Velvet Revolver's frontman Scott Weiland and rock 'n' roll band Lynyrd Skynyrd will also be seen at the show's stage, singing some of their hit singles.

The show will be hosted by Spike Feresten and Mark Thompson. The event will be joined by special correspondent Chrissy Russo of KSWB/FOX 5 San Diego. During the event, he will present a segment for special interviews and a behind-the-scenes look at three of Cirque du Soleil's Las Vegas shows; "Zumanity, The Sensual Side of Cirque du Soleil", "The Beatles LOVE" and the new "CRISS ANGEL Believe".




Daughtry - Oprah Performance + Interview!


Daughtry appeared on Oprah's election bash on Tuesday to serve as a house band for the party. The band performed "Feels Like Tonight," "Feels Like the First Time" and "What About Now."

Chris and his band performed at both the Democratic National Convention in Denver and the Republican National Convention in St. Paul, Minnesota. "It was to encourage people to, no matter who they vote for or whoever they believe in, to just go out there, and get your voice heard," he says.
